At Jacqueline Smith Life Coaching, we believe in the value of diversity and inclusivity.

We are committed to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of our business and to supporting our clients in their personal growth journeys. As a organisation we believe that diversity enriches our perspectives and allows us to better serve our clients. The team is committed to ongoing learning and growth in this area and to creating a safe and inclusive space for everyone.

Below are the community guidelines that we ask anyone participating in the community to adhere too:

  3. Respectful Communication: Communicate with kindness and respect towards one another, avoiding negative language and criticism.

  4. Confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality of any personal information shared within the community, ensuring that all conversations are kept private.

  5. Active Listening: Practice active listening and be fully present when engaging with others, avoiding distractions and interruptions.

  6. Inspiring and Uplifting Content: Posts and comments should be inspiring and uplifting, promoting positive change and growth.

  7. Constructive Feedback: Members are encouraged to provide constructive feedback and offer support to one another, focusing on solutions and positive outcomes.

  8. Professionalism: Maintain a professional demeanour and uphold ethical standards in all interactions, avoiding personal attacks and disrespectful behaviour.

  9. Reporting: Report any behaviour that violates these community guidelines to the life coach or moderators by either contacting the team through the website or at activateyoucoaching@gmail.com.

  10. Empowerment: Our community is dedicated to empowering individuals to reach their full potential and live a fulfilling life, and we encourage members to embrace this spirit of positivity and growth.

 

These guidelines aim to create a warm, inclusive, and inspiring community where participants can receive the support and guidance they need from the life coaching experience in all forms. We thank you for your contribution to maintaining them.
