Through three weekly 75-minute sessions, I will guide you towards a deeper understanding of your thoughts, feelings, and physical sensations. You'll learn to quiet your inner critic, let go of limiting beliefs, and tap into your inner wisdom and intuition to take empowered action in your life. With mindfulness as your tool, you'll gain the clarity and focus you need to take positive action towards your goals, no matter how big or small they may be. My supportive and nurturing environment will help you to feel safe and inspired as you embark on this journey of self-discovery. What is included in a 3 month Life Coaching Series? ◌ Pre-Coaching Questionnaire ◌ 3 x 75 min weekly sessions over 3 weeks ◌ Meditation Experience ◌ In addition you will receive a Mindfulness Action Plan specially tailored for you and support your coaching journey (valued at $129). In 2023, the first 10 clients will receive the special relaunch price of $329 AUD (usually $599 AUD). Payment plan option is also available (fee's apply).
