We ask all clients and community members to adhere to the following guidelines:

This community is a safe space for clients and community members to receive support, encouragement, and positive reinforcement on their journey toward personal growth and development.
3. Respectful Communication
Communicate with kindness and respect. Avoid negative language, criticism, or personal attacks.
4. Confidentiality
Respect the privacy of others by keeping any personal information shared within the community confidential.
5. Active Listening
Practice active listening and be fully present when engaging with others. Avoid distractions and interruptions.
6. Inspiring and Uplifting Content
Share posts and comments that inspire and uplift, promoting positive change and growth.
7. Constructive Feedback
Provide feedback that is constructive and solution-focused, offering support to fellow clients and community members.
8. Professionalism
Maintain a professional demeanor and uphold ethical standards in all interactions.
9. Reporting
If you witness behaviour that violates these guidelines, please report it to the life coach or moderators by contacting us via the website or emailing hello@jacquelinesmith.com.au.
10. Empowerment
Our community is dedicated to empowering individuals to reach their full potential and live fulfilling lives. We encourage all clients and community members to embrace this spirit of positivity and growth.
Code of Conduct
To foster a respectful, safe, and positive environment, all clients and community members agree to:
Treat all members with respect and kindness.
Maintain a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination, harassment, or bullying of any kind. Such behaviour will not be tolerated under any circumstances and may result in immediate removal from the community.
Refrain from sharing offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content.
Respect differing opinions and engage in discussions with an open mind.
Keep all community discussions confidential, unless explicit consent is given to share.
Use the community as a space for encouragement and constructive support, not criticism or negativity.
Follow all applicable laws and platform rules while participating.
Understand that violations of this Code of Conduct will lead to swift and appropriate action, including removal from the community when necessary.
These guidelines and the Code of Conduct aim to cultivate a warm, inclusive, and inspiring community where everyone can receive meaningful support and guidance through their life coaching experience. Thank you for helping us maintain this positive space.
