This is the question I love most because the answer is the heart of everything I do.
I came to somatic and mindfulness practice through my own burnout recovery. I had the career strategy. I had the knowledge. And still I could not make myself act on any of it. What I discovered was that the blocks were not in my head and they were in my body. In my nervous system. In the patterns I had been carrying for years without realising it.
Career strategies only work when you feel safe, grounded and clear enough to act on them. When we are operating from a place of chronic stress or burnout, even the best strategy in the world sits unused because the body is still in protection mode.
Somatic and mindfulness practices help regulate the nervous system, quiet the internal noise, and create the conditions in which real change becomes possible. In practice this looks like breathwork, grounding, body-based awareness, and learning to notice and trust what your body is already telling you.
This is why my coaching works at two levels. The practical and the personal. The plan, and the person carrying it. Career strategy combined with the inner work that helps you actually move forward and stay there.

Most career coaching stops at the practical. I go further, working with the whole person — the mindset, the beliefs, the nervous system patterns that quietly shape how we show up, make decisions and hold ourselves back. And most wellness coaching stops at the personal. I bring the career strategy too. The personal branding, self-leadership, career positioning, and practical action.

The Activate You Series is available as a full payment of $1,100 AUD, which saves you $100 or a payment plan of three monthly instalments of $400 AUD. Both options include exactly the same level of support, commitment and care.
Payment is required prior to commencement. For clients on a payment plan, instalments are billed monthly in advance. If a payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, services may be paused until payment is made.
I work with a small number of clients at a time, so spaces are limited and fill on a first-come basis.
If you completed a Clarity Session within the last 28 days, your $197 investment can be credited toward the series. Simply mention it in your discovery call.
