I'm Jacqueline, and I understand this path because I've walked it myself.

I remember when my body whispered "enough" in protection from further burnout. That led to time off, healing, and rediscovering who I was beneath all the doing. What felt like falling apart was actually coming home to myself.

Through my recovery, I wove together everything I'd learned. My education and training taught me how stress impacts our wellbeing and how mindfulness practices, trauma-informed coaching, and somatic work can support us back to harmony. Our presence is our superpower. True transformation happens when we honour our whole being: mind, body and spirit.

It was a reminder that you can pursue your wonderful, valid goals and create a clear path for them to flourish, outside the noise and distractions that get in the way.

    Life coaches are not qualified to work as therapists.

    I have a clear professional boundary that I'm a coach, not a therapist.

  • I offer flexible options to make transformation accessible. You can pay in full for $1,100 AUD (which saves you $100) or choose a payment plan of 3 monthly instalments of $400 AUD. Both options include the same level of support and commitment to your success. I work with only a small number of 1:1 clients at a time, so spaces are limited and fill on a first-come basis.

  • Firstly, being trauma informed means I know I am not qualified to work with trauma. I would recommend referral to other trained services if I identify this.

    Most people seeking coaching have experienced some level of overwhelm, disappointment, or life challenges that live in their nervous system. Trauma-informed coaching means:

    • I understand that your body and nervous system play a crucial role in creating lasting change

    • I work with your natural rhythms rather than pushing you to "power through"

    • I create safety first, so transformation can happen naturally

    • I recognise that setbacks aren't failures. They're information about what your system needs

    This approach is especially important in our demanding world where many people are operating from a place of chronic stress.

  • My unique combination of training allows me to work with you on multiple levels:

    Mind: Coaching techniques and mindfulness practices for clarity and confidence 

    Body: Somatic awareness to help you trust your inner wisdom and regulate stress 

    Spirit: Understanding your deeper purpose and what truly lights you up

    I don't believe in "fake it till you make it" or forcing yourself into boxes that don't fit. Instead, I help you build genuine confidence from the inside out.

  • "Somatic" refers to the body and how we experience life through our physical sensations, not just our thoughts. In coaching, this means:

    • Paying attention to what your body is telling you about decisions and situations

    • Using breathwork and grounding techniques to help you feel more centered

    • Noticing patterns of tension or energy that give you information

    • Learning to trust your gut instincts and inner wisdom

    • Working with your nervous system to create sustainable change

    Many people are disconnected from their body's wisdom, especially when they've been pushing through stress for a long time. Somatic awareness helps you reconnect with this valuable source of guidance.
