Thank you for choosing Jacqueline Smith life coaching website. By accessing and using my website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

Coaching Commitment : This commitment includes you going through the entire coaching series from start to finish based on service booked, including the financial commitment that accompanies that. 

Scope of Services: My services are designed to support clients in achieving their personal and professional goals. Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, and our coaches are not licensed therapists. We do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.

Coaching Methods: You acknowledge that the coaching series may be personally challenging and give rise to feelings such as frustration, stress and annoyance. You will not hold me liable for any loss or cost incurred by you in the event of mental, physical, emotional stress or distress caused directly or indirectly in relation to your coaching series. You will indemnify me in the event of any such claim. 

 

Confidentiality: I understand that the coaching relationship requires a high degree of trust and confidentiality. I will maintain strict confidentiality of all information shared during coaching sessions, except where required by law.

Cancellation and Rescheduling: Your session time is reserved especially for you with preparation for done by me ahead of time. I value our time together and know you will too by respecting and keeping your appointment. 

I require 24-hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling of coaching sessions. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in the forfeiture of the session fee.

Fees/Payment: All coaching fees are due in advance of each session, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties. Payment upright or payment plans are available. We accept payment by credit card, bank transfer or other methods specified on our website.

Once we begin our coaching series I consider myself to be fully committed to you and your success. I know you will be committed to you too. 

 

Refunds:

Coaching Series/ Mindfulness Packages: If after our first full session together you feel that a coaching series is no longer right for you, I will gladly refund you the next session in the month you are yet to have, (if there is one outstanding), and release you from your coaching commitment. Once we have moved into session two however – We do not offer refunds for coaching sessions or services already rendered.

 

No part of your coaching series is refundable past session one, however it is transferrable to someone else if for any reason you decide not to continue. In this instance the remaining coaching fee in your chosen series will be invoiced to you and once paid, I welcome you letting me know you have transferred your sessions to. 

 

Mindfulness Coaching Session: Refunds are not offered for single sessions or services already rendered.

 

Intellectual Property: All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of our company and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise use any content from our website without our express written permission. 

You have no right to use or reproduce any of the processes, techniques, presentations, methodologies or materials used by me in all coaching services, outside your coaching series. You must not at any time reproduce materials given to you except for your own personal use.

Limitation of Liability: Our coaches will provide services in good faith and with reasonable care. However, we do not guarantee any specific outcomes or results from coaching. We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of our services.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state/province/country where our company is registered.
